Hi Bachi70 and Welcome to MySwissAlps,
Use the Swiss Train Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) and enter Interlaken Ost to Zurich via Brig, Andermatt and Chur. You need to use the advanced search to add multiple via locations.
On the timetable you will see the Glacier Express between Brig and Chur denoted GEX. You need seat reservations for the GEX.
You can also go as far as Andermatt and then head to Zurich via Göschenen if the Chur route is too long for you.
See http://www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress/gettingth ere.

You can also tell which journeys include the GEX as they will show a Z and an R in a box alongside the train. Click on the particular departure that suits to expand to show where the changes are.
See attached example.
Late May there are 3 GEX departures from Brig – 9:18, 10:18 and 11:18. If none of those suit you can follow the same route using regular regional trains.
For a slower but more scenic route between Interlaken and Brig add via Kandersteg before Brig. You will then travel between Spiez and Brig on the Regio-Express Lötschberger train over the traditional, more than 100 year old mountain route, giving you a wonderful view along the impressive peaks and down into the Rhone Valley.
