Hello Forum,

Does the SBB Mobile app have a “logout” function?

Logout is available on the desktop but I can’t seem to find it on the mobile app.

Hello lkdf62,

Yes the SBB Mobile App does have a logout function. Click the menu icon (three horizontal bars top left of screen). You should see Logout near the bottom of the menu items which are displayed.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the version I have (v6.4.3) does not show a logout choice in the menu (three horizontal bars top left of screen).

I’m waiting for the screenshot of the menu choices to arrive from my mobile phone – when it arrives I will post it.

Strange. I just checked and found I had V6.3.40. I updated to V6.4.3 and can still see Login/Logout when menu expanded. Running Android 6 Marshmallow.

Sorry for the long delay to reply. I do appreciate your efforts to help answer my question.

When I attempt to scroll down to where your app/menu shows login there is nothing more on my menu!

I will uninstall the app and re-install.

The uninstall / reinstall worked. Login and logout are now available!
