Understanding Swiss railway timetable

    In railway timetable which we get on line what is meant by h. For example it is written platform 41h21..What does h stand for.

    Hi kcmukherjee and welcome to MySwissAlps!

    My first thought is that it would be hours – 2h 41 min – as in a 2 hour and 41 minute long train trip. Of course if it reads 41h21 as you wrote….well I hope you aren’t on a 41 hour trip?!

    Are you using the Swiss railways timetable? What route are you searching for?

    This is what I am asking. Please see attached screen shot. Along with platform 41 what is h10 or h21. What does h stand for
