Where in Switzerland were these 1970s photos taken

    i traveled a bit in switzerland 50 years ago.

    i recognise the lucern ones but where was i for these.

    mostly probably taken from a train

    seem to remember a st nikolas

    Hi Anon125,

    I think Swiss011 is just north of the train station of Randa, which is between St. Niklaus (the town you remembered) and Zermatt. Switzerland011 was shot in the same area, probably near Täsch.

    Are you planning to go back there?

    Hi Anon125,

    I attached the image to your post. I’m quite sure the picture was taken a bit south of Herbriggen near St. Niklaus.

    great idea but i do NOT see the other picture on the above post.

    so i put it here

    i tried looking for the street view of the town but did not find anything.
