I would like to purchase 2, 5-Day passes for this region for late September. I can’t seem to be able to do that for a fee reduction having a half fare card.

Welcome to MySwissAlps! Indeed, you’ll get a discount if you have a Swiss Half Fare Card at the time of travel. But I haven’t found that option online either, so you’d best purchase the regional pass from a staffed station when in Switzerland.
