How does it work?

5 steps, from your initial request to traveling in Switzerland

  1. Fill out the form. Please be as specific as possible about your ideas and expectations. You will receive a copy of your request through e-mail.
  2. Our partner will contact you with a customized itinerary and a quote. The travel consultant will finetune the itinerary until you’re completely satisfied.
  3. Once the offer suits your needs, you’re asked to make the payment. Your consultant will then arrange for your holiday package: hotel bookings, train reservations, and anything else you’ll need. If possible and required, a letter of recommendation will be sent to the embassy issuing your visa.
  4. A couple of days later, you will receive your confirmation vouchers and your detailed personalized itinerary.
  5. You’ll enjoy a stress-free personalized trip. Should you have any questions while in Switzerland, you can always call your consultant for assistance.

Please note

  • This service is only for complete holiday packages (including accommodation, transportation, and day trips). Please see here for other ways to arrange your trip.
  • Our partner can service most, but not all requests. If they can’t, you will be notified. An example is travel packages for the Indian market. We’ll be glad to help you in many other ways, including our forum.

Group trips to Switzerland

You can also fill out the form to request a custom itinerary for groups of friends, families, and companies. This can be a self-guided trip or a privately guided trip.

Organizing a group trip is a lot of work. Securing accommodation in particular can be hard. Our partner’s travel consultants can take the stress out of the process, as they deal with this very frequently.

Page author: ArnoI have visited Switzerland countless times since 1997. I've explored most of the country, but find myself staying in the Bernese Oberland and Graubünden most frequently. The alps and the rail network remain very impressive, even after all these years.
