    Dear Sir,
I will be travelling to Paris and Switzerland in May-June 2012.
My stays will be at Paris- May 24-29 and at Switzerland May 29-June5.
I will be staying at a hotel at Paris and for Switzerland I booked an apartment at Lautterbrunnen.

    Now my questions are:
    1. What documents do I have to submit regarding my accommodation.
    2. At which Embassy do I have to apply for my Visa.
    3. At one web-site, I found that the accommodating authority has to forward the documents directly to the embassy. Is it true, or simply I have to submit the documents.
    4. Do I have to submit the landlord’s identity proof along with my application form

    Thanking you,
    Regards
    Daipayan

Hello daipayan! I’m afraid I don’t know that many details on Visa. However, I think you’ll find your answers (or the right person to ask your questions to) at the Swiss Federal Office for Migration. Does that help out?
