Can anyone suggest if this is a good hotel?
I know it is close to train station and groceries but would like to know how the inside of the apartment is and laundry facilities

Based on reviews on the Internet, Apartment Interlaken seems like a comfortable place to stay. You can have a look at some interior pictures on Booking.com website. Not sure if the apartment comes with laundry facility. Perhaps you can contact the operator and enquire directly.
