Mt Pilatus or Mt Rigi for sightseeing in March”17?

    Hello everyone,..

    Hi, my friend and i will be spending 2 days stopover in Lucerne, switzerland this middle March 2017. We would like to know which mountain scenery or sights is better, is it Mt Pilatus or Mt Rigi? Is there any snow in Mid March? If there is snow we would like to Sledge/Toboganing.

    Hi ApplePie,

    Both Mt. Pilatus and Rigi are great options. Have you had a chance to read our information pages on them to help you decide?

    There will definitely be snow in March and sledging/tobogganing options at both mountains.

    Perhaps another member who has been to both mountains can say which one they prefer….but its all personal preference at this point!
