Neuchatel train platform – 7 minutes to change

    Hi,

    I’m looking to book a train from Paris to Bern through loco2.com. Below are the details:

    07:57 Paris LyonMon

    11:54 Neuchatel

    7m interchange

    InterCity #15745

    12:01 Neuchatel

    12:52 Bern

    It’s only allowing me 7 mins to change trains. How close are they from each other. What will be the consequences if I miss the train from Neuchatel to Bern – would I just be able to hop into the next one? How frequent are the trains?

    Hi Janet, welcome to MySwissAlps!

    I don’t know the platform numbers, but 7 minutes is enough to change trains in any case. There’s a next train within 30 minutes or so.

    I’m not familiar with the site you mentioned. I do know the websites listed here.

    At Neuchatel the train is leaving from platform 1B (S5 train to Bern).

    (depart every 30 minutes)
