Vineyards near Montreux and Schaffhausen

Hi

Would like to visit vineyard and probably get some wine back as souvenir.

Seems like there are vineyards near Montreux and Schaffhausen but cant really find directions.

Any recommendation on which to visit or any website i could read up on ?

There are vineyards in many parts of Switzerland, but concentrated in the Cantons of Vaud and Valais, but not not so much in the immediate vicinity of Montreux.

The Lake Geneva vineyards are mainly West of Montreux, between Vevey and Lausanne:
