Hi Shendren-
Every long distance train will have some form of food.
Look up your specific journey in the timetable, select it, and look at the data on the right.

Each main station of any size, including Zürich and Chur, will have some form of food available. If not at a restaurant, look for the sandwiches or other prepared foods at a Kiosk or Aperto convenience store.

Hi shendren,
Here are some links to food vendors in Chur Bahnhof (railway station), showing opening hours. They are all in the underpass, below platform level.

You’re welcome! I’ve just realised some of them are in German. If you can’t decipher the days of the week in the opening times let me know and I will translate.
