Hi There!
I am trying to make the best decision in terms of transportation in Swizerland. My husband and I will be traveling around Switzerland in late September and we want to make a decision based on how much we will potentially spent by train/bus or if we should rent a car. Attached is our itinerary.

I think, normally, train travel in Switzerland is best. It can get a little tricky with visits to smaller towns (and a few trips per day, like at the beginning of your schedule).

To find what works best for your itinerary, you need to plan out all trips you will make (train, bus, boat, cable car) and compare the prices for regular tickets to the rail pass price (and which routes/mountains are free or discounted).
