Almost every train ride in Switzerland is scenic.
If I was you I would just do a day trip to the Jungfrau Region.
Use the timetable on the SBB website (bit.ly/2HH1U7B) or the highly-recommended SBB Mobile app (bit.ly/2ICIUHi) to plan your travel, find fares* and buy tickets if required. I forgot to mention,that I had in mind something not that much high up in a mountain )))You’re very welcome!
Then I would stick to the Lucerne area or just stay in lower altitudes around Interlaken and Grindelwald, the scenery will be around you also if you don’t go UP the mountains.
