Hi Erwan and welcome to MySwissAlps!
You’re probably hinting to the bus station (gare routière) at Place Dorcière. Known to be uncomfortable (no toilets…). Stay at the railway station and arrive at gare routière about 45min. before departure of your bus.
Otherwise no safety problem, take it easy!

Slowpoke,,
“Gare routière” is French for bus station. Literally, it means “road station”.
Yor map is accurate. From the CFF train station, walk down rue du Mt-Blanc towards the Lake, on the left-hand side of the street. Turn left at the Holy Trinity Anglican church, and you are there.

Hi Erwan –
The route to the station that Snowman describes is a good one, and simple. The rue du Mt-Blanc is the main road down to the lake from the front of the station, well-lighted and busy at all times. The first part is a pedestrian zone. It is simpler and more direct than taking the smaller side streets.
If you use this map in aerial view, the route becomes very clear.
