Hi, I was looking into visiting 4 out of the 5 castles in Thun (Thun castle is only open on Sundays) but was wondering if there was pass I could get that would be cheaper than paying admission to 4 castles. We will have the Swiss Half Fare and Jungfrau travel passes.

    Thank you

    Hi KRK,

I did a quick check and found that there is a Castle Card to visit the castles in Thun. These include Thun Castle, Spiez Castle, Schloss OBerhofen am Thunersee, castle Hünegg and Schloss Schadau. You can find further information here: http://www.thunerseeschloesser.ch/en/

You can read our Thun travel guide for more sightseeing options: https://www.myswissalps.com/town/thun/

By the way, if you have a Swiss Travel Pass (https://www.myswissalps.com/travel-ticket/swiss-travel-pass/), the admission is free to Thun Castle, Spiez Castle and Schloss Oberhofen as the STP also doubles up as a Swiss Museum Pass.

    Regards,
    Anna
