Yes, 10 minutes should be long enough.
The bus station is about a 2 min / 160 metre walk from the railway station. When you come out the main station exit, turn to your left and the bus station is across the road a short distance away (see attached screenshot from Google Maps).
That’s where the “normal” buses stop, but if you are catching a rail-replacement bus, it might have a special stop. If so, I would expect it to be well signposted, and there will probably be staff on hand to ensure that everyone makes the transfer successfully.
