    Hi,

I will be travelling from Zurich, Switzerland, to Innsbruck, Austria, by train as part of my trip.
As Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, I would like to clarify the VAT refund procedure for purchases made in Switzerland. Where could I get my tax refund documents and purchases validated by customs when travelling from Switzerland to Austria?

    Hi SIXTH,

In this situation, I think the best option is to go to the custom office at Zurich Airport to get your custom stamp. The custom office is open to the public. You can find further info here: http://www.flughafen-zuerich.ch/en/passengers/shopping-and-enjoy/services/all-services/zoll-checkin-1

    Regards,
    Anna
