Hello,

I would like to ask several questions:

If I have Swiss Pass, can I buy ticket online and apply discount of Swiss Pass? Or I can buy it only in the ticket desk to use discount of Swiss Pass?

What is cheaper to discount of Swiss Pass or Good morning ticket to Jungfraujoch (from Kleine Scheidegg)? And where can i see info on Good morning ticket?

By Swiss Pass, I assume you meant Swiss Travel Pass.

The Swiss Travel Pass is a railpass that provides unlimited travel for a set number of days on Swiss public transportation network. This include trains, trams, bus, boats and funiculars. With the Swiss Travel Pass, you are also eligible for discounts on selected cable cars and mountain railways. For more information please have a look here: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass

It possible to purchase the Swiss Travel Pass online from a list of resellers on this page: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/price.

The Jungfraujoch Good Morning ticket is listed as CHF85 on the Jungfrau website and you are required to travel at 8 or 8.30 am. With the Swiss Travel Pass, the Jungfraujoch tickets cost slightly cheaper after applying discounts, and the timing is more flexible. You can buy them online though http://www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/tickets.

Hi Anna,

If I may ask, isn’t it more economical (with STP), if I purchase a 3-day Jungfrau Pass (CHF135) to explore the area? As for now I do not have any plans to go all the way up Jungfraujoch. However, the disadvantage is I have to pick 3 consecutive days when I place my online booking… am I right?

Normally, the Jungfrau Travel Pass is not needed in addition to the Swiss Travel Pass, even more so if you DON’T plan to go to the Jungfraujoch.
