    I tried 3 different cards, on both app and website, and nothing worked. I have used same cards on getyourguide.com multiple time before without any issues at all.

    HappyRail.com charge 15% cancellation fee. Jungfrau doesn’t even offer cancellation.

    Yes, a cancellation fee applies to some passes. In such a case I recommend to buy no sooner than a few business days before you need the pass, so it would be unlikely you need to cancel.
