There is a new Swiss Travel Pass promotion!

This is what you get:

• 5 days of travel if you buy a 4-day Swiss Travel Pass (1 day for free).
• 10 days of travel if you buy an 8-day Swiss Travel Pass (2 days for free).

Where to buy:

You can buy the special promotion passes here between 16 and 30 September 2026:

• https://www.swissrailways.com/en/buy-swiss-travel-pass: Official SBB tourist webshop (Swiss Federal Railways)

Good to know:

• Valid for pass start dates from 1 October through 31 December 2026.
• Only valid for the Swiss Travel Pass 1st and 2nd class, including the Youth version. Not valid for the Swiss Travel Pass Flex.
• Only available online, not at the station.
• Also available if you want us to plan your trip through MySwissAlps Plan + Package or MySwissAlps Package.
• Pass coverage details, how to use it, and all other details: https://www.myswissalps.com/travel-ticket/swiss-travel-pass/

Tip: if you travel for 11 or 12 days, the 8+2 day promo pass might still be worth it. But a regular 15-day pass is only CHF 60 more expensive (CHF 90 for 1st class), so that’s often the better option if you need the pass every day. Check the exact prices here: https://www.swissrailways.com/en/buy-swiss-travel-pass

I recorded a video explaining this promotion too: https://youtu.be/VZwDcY2R658

Tomorrow is the last day of this promotion! I don’t expect it to return any time soon.
