15 people group original tour

Hi, I am from Japan:-)

I am planning to travel Swiss and our group is 15 people. I am looking for bus company available take our group by bus as belows plan.

1 Zurich Airport to Hotel ( Zurich )
2 Hotel to Grindelwald (We will stay 2 or 3 days here)
3 Grindelwald to Zermatt ( We will stay 2 or 3 days here
4 Zermatt to Zurich Airport

Zurich Airport --> Hotel (Zurich )
Hotel( Zurich ) --> Grindelwald
Grindelwald --> Zermatt
Zermatt --> Zurich Airport

and

Also I'd like to sightseeing at Grindelwald and Zermatt
I will think about where we want go and visit.
I will make plan sightseeing place those two cities.
I need charter bus and a driver, guide who speaks English or Japanese.

Anybody els who knows bus company in Swiss?
