A week trip to switzerland

hi,
we r planning a week's trip to switzerland in the 3rd week of september as my husbadn has a conference in lausanne. help us with a good itinerary please.

I would suggest a couple of days in and around Lausanne. Then go to Interlaken where you can do Jungfrau and the Trummelbach falls (again a couple of days) and then go to Zermatt for Matterhorn and Gornegrat. This will also take you two days. Depending on the time you have, you can try and fit in Luzern as well - one day is sufficient there.
