Advise required: Swiss Travel Pass places to cover

I have 7 nights stay in swiss as under:

5/7 - 7/7 at lucerne - 2 nights

7/7 - 10/7 interlaken - 3 nights

10/7 - 12/7 geneva - 2 nights

8 days swiss pass flex is already purchased. Can you suggest me what places can i cover and suggestions if any. How about Juangfroch excusrion, would i get a discount of 25% as i have the swiss pass.
