Bernina seat reservation for Swiss Transfer Ticket

I am planning on buying a transfer ticket, going Zurich to Geneva at the beginning of my trip and Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur and on to Zurich at the end. I understand I need a seat reservation but I'm not sure how to buy one. Can this be done?
