Hi

On November 25th we will be staying in Interlaken overnight and would take train to Wengen next day early morning to go to Jungfraugh. Is that the best thing to do? We have Swiss Travel Pass and would like to use as much as possible.

Just want help in getting guidance to make the Jungfraugh trip without too much error. We have to travel back to Zurich same day evening.

Hi temoha,

The Swiss Travel Pass indeed includes free rides to Wengen (see the map). You don't have to get off the train there unless you want to see the village. You can get the required ticket in Interlaken.

Have a great day trip!

Hello,

November is not the good time to go to Jungfrau. But it it possible you are lucky and have nice weather. Only with very nice weather and blue sky it is nice on Jungfraujoch.

You can go by train from Interlaken Ost to Lauterbrunnen, change to Wengen and go to Kleine Scheidegg (same train). Change there on train to Jungfraujoch.

Go back from Jungfraujoch to Kleine Scheidegg, Grindelwald to Interlaken Ost.

Interlaken Ost to Wengen and Grindelwald to Interlaken is free, Wengen to Jungfrau and back to Grindelwald is only 25 % off with Swiss Travel Pass. This is a very expensive tour........

greetings from the Netherlands, Brahms

There are live monitors in all hotels, you can check the weather and plan on the same day if you are flexible on couple of different days, keep checking if one day the weather is bad, plan next day.

I think they are only one day in Bernese Oberland, 26 november. You can watch live monitors in the hotel, but the weather change every hour, or faster....
