Hello! We are staying in Lake Zurich at Ruschlikon and Although we have worked very hard to try to figure out the scheduling of the ferries we are coming up at a loss. We would like to be able to use a day to go on and off ferries to explore the entire lake and towns but are unable to find a pass to be able to do this. Can you help? We have the half fair swiss pass. And any other light you can shed on using these ferries would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Susie

    Hi Moka,

You can find information about boat trips on Lake Zurich on this page: http://www.myswissalps.com/boatlakezurich
You can use the SBB timetable to check for connections, but for strictly boat connections you can also use this: http://www.zsg.ch/en/timetable-prices/timetable-assistant/online-timetable

You can buy a day ticket from the station or at any ticket machine or online from the SBB website or the SBB mobile. A day ticket is valid until 5am the next day and will allow you to hop-on and hop-off as you wish, as well as use the trains, bus and trams within the specified zones. Make sure you show your Swiss Half Fare Card when you are buying your tickets from the counter.

Hope this helps you plan your boat trips.

    Regards,

    Anna
