Brig to Venice tickets

Hi. We will be traveling from Interlaken to Venice, Italy in July. We will have a Berner-Oberland pass while we
are in Switzerland which should cover us until Brig. Then we need to buy another ticket from Brig
to Venice. Can we do that at any train station in Switzerland before hand? Thanks. Eve

Hi eanderse,

You can buy the ticket locally, but I would not recommend that. You are traveling in high season and one or more of the trains to Venice will require seat reservations. The train may be booked out or your preferred seats may be booked out if you wait until a couple of days before traveling. You'd better arrange for seats as soon as your travel date and time are fixed. See here for details please.
