    Is the bus ride from Grindelwald to Bussalp and back, covered by the Swiss Travel Pass?

    Although almost all buses in Switzerland are free with the Swiss Travel Pass, the buses around Grindelwald are an exception and are discounted by 50%. More details about coverage can be found on the map.

    I have another question. We will also be traveling to Zermatt. I will be taking the ride from Zermatt to Sunnegga and then from there to Blauherd. Is the ride covered by the Swiss Travel Pass? From Blauherd we are hiking down the 5 lakes trail back to Sunnegga.

    You are welcome! Sure, the lifts around Zermatt are discounted too. Did you download the map I referred to? That shows you what’s included.
