    Hi,

I was planning to buy the Flexi Swiss Pass for 4 days but i just tried today 1.1.2019 and it will not let me on the SBB site. I want the start date to be 7.1.2019 but this option was not available. Can i buy the pass for myself and my family at Zurich main train station on the 7th January when we arrive and use it straight away to get to Lucerne? Please help.

    Welcome to MySwissAlps Tien Chan!

You can find information about delivery and purchase options here: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpassflex/pric e.

The Swiss Travel Pass Flex can’t be printed at home (yet). Delivery times prevent last minute ordering, and the holidays may cause some websites to require longer delivery times. But that doesn’t apply to all. Please see my above link for various retailers.

For example, you can still order via https://www.klook.com/ activity/9871-swiss-travel-flexible-rail-pass/ (free shipping) and https://www.happyrail. com/en/pass/europe/swi tzerland/swiss-travel-pass-flex (I’d recommend airport collection because of the time frame). The first option is probably the easiest because you can skip the ticket office at the airport. But the ticket office works too. If you’re there during opening hours you can use the pass straight away.

    Enjoy your trip!
