I bought 4 days swiss pass and planning to visit swiss from strasbourg, france.
can i use swiss pass from strasbourg to basel ?

The Swiss Travel Pass is only valid in Switzerland. There are a few exceptions, but Strasbourg is not included. Please see here. You can buy a separate ticket to reach Basel.
