Carry cash or card for Swiss trip

    Hi

    Any suggestions whether card (forex) visa is acceptable widely in Switzerland or do I need to carry cash ?

    Hi Sandyblore,

    Credit cards are widely accepted in Switzerland. But there are some instances where you might need to bring some cash with you such as when you’re visiting remote mountain villages. You can find more information here: http://www.myswissalps.com/swissfranc.
