Hi, we shall be landing in Zurich on Apr 30..travelling to Interlaken on may 1... Wanted to know if coop stores in Interlaken will be open on may 1, or would it be better to buy stocks on Apr 30 itself?

I can not find it on the site of Coop Interlaken (Coop near station Interlaken Ost).
You can ask the Coop: konsumentendienst.coop .ch/coopkd/servlet
The large Coop across the Interlaken Ost train station won't be open I think, as May 1 is a Sunday. The smaller one on Höheweg 26 should be open though.
