Last year I used diepost tageskarte as half fare for jaungfrau, grindalwald first and harderkulm.

just wanted that rule still follows? and is that any rule or its like we are at mercy of the operator ( they sound confused mostly with tageskartes 😀 )

Plus any idea in what all mountains those can be used as half fare (eg., Matterhorn, shiltron, Rigi, Pillatus etc )

    Hi Betabharat,

The day card from Die Post is not always available – it comes and goes and currently available to buy until June 12 and redeemable until July 8. Quantities are also limited. I used it once and it worked fine – I believe the validity is the same as the one day travel pass from SBB: https://www.myswissalp s.com/onedaytravelpass /validity

Details here (https://www.postshop.c h/en/Highlight/Tageska rte) but I couldn’t get it to switch to English (in case you aren’t fluent in German) though Google Translate does a good job. 🙂
