Hi Fritzrab,

It is possible there can be a promotion from time to time (usually on the Swiss Travel Pass though).
We will list any promotions on the Swiss Half Fare Card here.

It is entirely possible there is a last minute promotion, but typically they come out in the Spring time. Once we know of a promotion we will post it on the forum and on the rail pass page:

Hi, yes the trend tends to be late Winter, early Spring for rail promotions, but one can never know for sure (of course) 🙂
