We will be catching an early morning train from Zurich to Chur to connect with the Bernina Express around 6:30 am, and we will be looking for someplace where we can buy some food to eat before we board the Bernina Express. Can anyone answer this for us please?

Hi Shendren-

Every long distance train will have some form of food.

Look up your specific journey in the timetable, select it, and look at the data on the right.

Each main station of any size, including Zürich and Chur, will have some form of food available. If not at a restaurant, look for the sandwiches or other prepared foods at a Kiosk or Aperto convenience store.

Hi shendren,

Here are some links to food vendors in Chur Bahnhof (railway station), showing opening hours. They are all in the underpass, below platform level.

Restaurants and Bistros on the trains are open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm

Hope this helps.

You're welcome! I've just realised some of them are in German. If you can't decipher the days of the week in the opening times let me know and I will translate.
