Glacier Express from Zermott to Lugano

We will be traveling from Zermott to Lugano on August 1st. We were wondering if it was worth doing th Glacier Exoress from Zermott to Andermatt? And then taking other trains to Lugano? What will the scenery be like?

Sure, that's definitely an option! You'll combine parts of the Glacier Express and Wilhelm Tell routes that way. Scenery is described on the pages I linked to. In order to find information about connections, enter "Andermatt" as a via-station in the timetable. And mind to type "Zermatt", not "Zermott", when looking for connections.
