Glacier Express -scenery in both directions?

    Hi I plan to visit Switzerland in the middle of January. And take the GE from St .Moritz to Zermatt.i went on SBB website and I see GE runs both directions: St.Moritz to Zermatt and Zermatt to St Moritz.

    In all of the research -reading I’ve done , it seems information always reflects Zermatt to St Moritz . I want to be sure that it’s the same experience/ and scenery whichever direction you do it ?

    Hello Cathy,

    The scenery from the Glacier Express or the regional trains that ply the same route is exactly the same in either direction. See Glacier Express (http://www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress for some hints on the best side of the train.
