    Hi,

We are traveling from Zermatt to Chur on the 24th of July, 2015 on the Glacier Express. We have a France-Switzerland Eurorail Pass. I made a reservation on the Glacier Express website. But system only charged me the reservation fee (33 CHF per person).

I’m attaching the invoice copy. So the booking is confirmed, but how, when and where do I make the payment for the tickets?

    Regards,

    Varun

    Hi Varun,

Your ticket shows that you have paid for the seat reservations and lunch. The leg from Disentis to Chur is free with the Eurail France-Switzerland Pass. You will need tickets for the leg from Zermatt to Disentis, and you will get a 25% discount on those. They’re for sale at the rail station in Zermatt.

    Enjoy the ride!
