Global Pass benefits same for any sales agents?

Im currently based in Singapore and the main distributor here is Rail Europe, however, their website shows only discounted/reduced prices for boat rides in Lake Lucerne and Lake Zurich. While Eurail.com benefits shows FREE same as mentioned in your website, http://www.myswissalps.com/eu railglobalpass/validit y.

Are these covered regardless we purchase our Eurail Global Pass from any sales agents like Eurail.com or Rail Europe?

All sales agents listed on myswissalps.com/ eurailglobalpass/ price sell the same pass with the same benefits. The benefits you found on our website are accurate, and the page also allows you to download the Eurail map to verify.
