1960man’s advice is sound but you should also be able to find it using the SBB TImetable. I just looked it up on the SBB mobile app. Bus from Grindelwald Bahnhof to Grindelwald (Firstbahn) then on to First (Grindelwald). A search from Grindelwald to First brought all that up.
