These are not separate passes. The Swiss Half Fare Card is an optional add-on to the Swiss Travel Pass Flex, so that you can enjoy discounted traveling on the non-free travel days. That combination is called the Swiss Half Fare Card Combi. You and your wife would each buy the combination. Further details and prices can be found here.
