Hello Forum and Advisors,

I’m struggling with the Swiss Train Site. I would like to take the Bernina Express route going north from Tirano Italy to Chur. I will be starting my journey in the Italian Lakes region of Como, Bellagio to be exact, and trying to find the tickets from Tirano has been a struggle. I am hoping someone can share a link to the timetable for October 1st. I expect to be taking a bus/train from Varenna to Tirano that morning.

Hi Schlik,

Ah you are looking for Varenna to Tirano? On your other post (https://www.myswissalp s.com/forum/topic/mila n-to-chur) I thought it was Tirano to Chur.

Either way the same answer applies. The timetable offers you connections from Varenna to Tirano (a train for 1.5 hours).
https://www.myswissalp s.com/timetable and then you can search for the Bernina Express train (BEX) on to Chur.

If you can share a link with the names i need to search to get the train from Tirano to Chur.

I try in the website you provide but struggling to find? Perhaps you can share an image of the exact serach.

Hi Schlik,

You want to use the town names. On the timetable link from my last post, use the timetable on the right (advanced) and enter Tirano to Chur on October 1 and the time you would like. Once you hit search it will give you the train departures.

I was not looking in the advanced section.. So now I am very excited and ready to travel.

I am also spending time in Lucern and Lugano as well during my vacation (end of September).

Ah I get the confusion now.
