Hello,

When leaving Switzerland going to Venice; People say Swiss Passes will be valid from
Engelberg to Chiasso, then I must buy the ticket from Chiasso to Venice.

Is this the case?

Hi Peter,

That's correct. Your connection will run through either Chiasso or Domodossola (details can be found through the timetable) and that's where the validity of a Swiss Pass (or any other STS rail pass) ends. So you have to buy a regular ticket from Chiasso or Domodossola to Venice.
