Is Ibis hotel Kriens near train station and city?

During our trip to switzerland ,we intend staying in Lucern for 2 days. We would like to know whether It is convenient to stay in ibis hotel kriens with respect to neighbourhood of train station & city centre. we wish to visit Mt rigi 7 Mt titilis

It's not near the town center or central station, but it is at 400 m walking of the train stop Kriens Mattenhof, so easy to reach.

It's always easier from the central station than from a small train stop, but I don't think it matters that much in this case. You can check the timetable for schedules. The mountains are called Rigi and Titlis, or Kleintitlis.

One more doubt. Learnt that this hotel is on the slope. Since we hv some sr citizens , will it be difficult for them to climb up 400mtrs from the station

If we're talking about the same hotel (I added a link to your first post), this is not on a slope at all. It's (nearly) flat terrain there.

It is also near the Schrebergarten. A Swiss and German phenomenon... small garden plots for apartment dwellers..
