Refund – Grindelwald First tickets

    I was issued a refund of 64CHF at the grindalwald first booking centre on 31st July 2022, till today it is not reflecting in my account, I have all the receipts for the same. Pls help thanks.

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

    It’s best to contact the Grindelwald First ticket office which issued you the refund, for clarification.

    You can find the contact details here: http://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/grindelwaldfirst/ Just send them an email with the copy of the receipts you have. Also it might help to contact your credit card provider too.
