Interlaken Express & Golden Pass Rail

I am travelling in March 2016 - limited time though. Are the above rails covered in Swiss Pass flex? How often does the Interlaken Express leave? After going on the Interlaken Express I want to go on the Golden pass to Montreux from Interlaken Ost- what is the latest time I can leave?

By Interlaken Express, you mean the train from Lucerne to Interlaken, right? It's part of the Golden Pass line, just like Interlaken Ost to Montreux. All trains are included in the Swiss Travel Pass Flex. Please find more information here:
