Hi Sisir,

It is doable but going to make for a long day. You can use the timetable to plan it out. The stop for the Glacier 3000 cable car is Col du Pillon.

So you can enter Interlaken ost to Zermatt VIA Col du Pillon. This turns into about 7 hours of train and bus travel. Not including the cable car up to the Glacier 3000 (20 minutes one-way) plus time on the mountain.

You can read about my day trip there in January on the trip report forum.
