Hi Agniman,
I hope your trip planning is going well. Will try to answer all your questions in detail.
1. The bus station for Interlaken West is located just next to the train station. Same goes for Interlaken Ost. Won’t take you more than a few minutes’ walk. Just look for the signage for direction.
2. For bus timings and routes, you can use the SBB timetable which is available online and also in a mobile version. The SBB timetable includes all modes of transportation including bus, trains, trams and boats. It’s simple to use. Just key in your location and destination and click search. More details on how to use it here: http://www.myswissalps.com/timetable
3. As far I know, local bus 104 runs half an hourly between Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost and stops at most of the main attractions in Interlaken.
4. For other bus routes and timings, you should check out the online timetable. If you’re specifically looking for information on how to travel by bus, you can find more details here: http://www.myswissalps.com/bus Alternatively you can get more information about the bus networks in Interlaken from the Post Auto website: http://www.postauto.ch/de/interlaken-be
Hope that helps!
Regards,
Anna

Hi Agniman,
A few remarks in addition to Anna’s comprehensive and relevant information.
Interlaken is a relatively small place. Your main concern might be to reach your hotel with your luggage. In addition to taking bus 104 you could consider using a taxi for that. Once you are rid of your luggage you can walk to most places of interest.
The timetable of bus 104 is here : http://www.fahrplanfelder.ch/fileadmin/fap_pdf_fields/2020/31.104.pdf . Between I-West (downtown) and I-Ost (connection to the lines to Lucerne, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald) you can also use the SBB trains.
Enjoy!
