Is it very troublesome if I stay in Interlaken West and head for Jungfrau early in the morning?

You can find times of departure and arrival using the Swiss timetable. As far as I can see the first connection from Interlaken West leaves at 06h57, you will arrive at Jungfraujoch at 09h22. I hope this answers your question.
